AI voice receptionist · answers 24/7

The call you just missed booked with someone else.

B&B AI Agency installs an AI receptionist on your business line. It picks up in two rings, sounds human, answers questions, and books the appointment — at lunch rush, on weekends, and at 9:47 PM on a Sunday.

Demo line: +1 (937) 530-6394 — a real AI answers.

Caller

Hi — are you guys open? I know it's late.

01 — Hear it yourself

Don’t take our word for it. Call it.

+1 (937) 530-6394

That number rings the same receptionist we’d build for your business. No human standing by — that’s the point.

02 — How it works

Live in about a week.

You don’t configure anything. We build it, you call it, we tweak it until it sounds like your best front-desk hire. Then we flip it on.

  1. 01

    We build your receptionist

A custom AI voice agent with a natural voice, your greeting, and your tone — friendly for a salon, buttoned-up for a law firm.

  2. 02

We train it on your business

Services, pricing, hours, policies, insurance questions, directions — everything your front desk answers forty times a week.

  3. 03

    We connect your number

Nothing changes for callers. It can take every call, pick up after a few rings, or cover only nights and weekends — your choice.

  4. 04

    It books while you work

Appointments land on your calendar. You get a text with the transcript and a summary after every call. Urgent ones transfer straight to you.

03 — The math

Missed calls have a price tag. Most owners never run it.

7

After hours, lunch rush, both hands in a job.

$350

First visit for a salon; a repair ticket for HVAC; a case for a firm.

Illustrative math, not a guarantee — drag the sliders to your own numbers. The receptionist costs a flat monthly rate that’s usually less than one recovered customer.

04 — Speed to lead

The fastest reply wins the job. So we made yours instant.

The receptionist catches your calls. Speed2Lead catches your forms: the moment someone fills one out on your website, they get a text back from your business — in under 60 seconds, automatically — and you get their name, number, and what they need, so you can call while the job is still hot.

21×

the average company's response time to a brand-new web lead.2

23%

of companies never responded to the lead at all.2

What actually happens to your leads

Harvard Business Review audited 2,241 companies with a test lead. The average reply took almost two days; one in four never replied at all.2 And surveys keep finding the same ending: most customers buy from whoever responds first.3

By the time the average business “gets back to” a lead, that person has already talked to two competitors and made up their mind. Speed2Lead closes that gap to seconds — not a manual check of your phone, a system that never forgets, never sleeps, and never lets a form sit until Monday.

Add Speed2Lead to your demo

Works with the website you already have — we point your form at it and you’re live the same day.

Feel the speed

Type your name and mobile, hit send, and start counting. We’ll text you back the way your leads would be texted.

One text, no list, standard rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

05 — Who’s behind this

Built by a person you can actually call. Ironically.

I’m Jake. I started B&B AI Agency because I kept watching small businesses pay for ads, signage, and referrals — and then lose the customer at the easiest step: answering the phone.

B&B AI Agency isn’t a software trial you set up yourself. I build your receptionist, train it on your business, and stay on the hook for how it performs. When you have a question, you text me — not a ticket queue.

06 — Questions

Asked a lot.

Does it actually sound human?

Call the demo line and judge for yourself. Most callers don't realize they're talking to an AI — and we don't hide it either. If someone asks, it answers honestly.

What happens when it can't answer something?

It never makes things up. It takes a detailed message, texts you a transcript, or transfers the call straight to you — you decide which, per type of question.

How does it book appointments?

We connect it to the calendar or booking system you already use. It offers real open slots, books them, and sends the caller a confirmation text.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. The receptionist sits behind your existing number. It can answer every call, pick up only when you don't, or cover just nights and weekends.

How long does setup take?

About a week. We build and train it, you call it and tell us what to fix, and we go live once it sounds right to you.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly rate — no per-minute surprises. For most businesses it pays for itself with the first one or two calls it saves. Book a demo and we'll quote your exact number.

What if a caller insists on a human?

It transfers them to you (or whoever you choose) immediately. If you're unreachable, it takes a message and texts it to you on the spot.

Somewhere out there, your phone is ringing.

Put a receptionist on it that never sleeps, never puts anyone on hold, and never lets a booking walk.
