Program name and description

Brobha SMS Notifications: call and service-inquiry alerts sent to our clients. When our AI receptionist answers a call for your business and a new inquiry or an urgent service request comes in, we text a summary to the business owner's phone. These are transactional notifications about your own business, not marketing messages.

Consent

Opting in is always your choice. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any Brobha service, signing any Brobha agreement, or completing any transaction with Brobha. You can become and remain a Brobha client without ever opting in, and opting out later never affects your services or your agreement. You can opt in two ways, each through its own separate, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox:

• Through the web form at brobha.com/sms-opt-in, by checking the consent box and submitting your mobile number.
• When e-signing a Brobha client service agreement, by checking a separate optional SMS consent checkbox presented next to the signature form. Checking it is never required to sign the agreement, and the agreement can be completed without it.

Frequency and rates

• Message frequency varies. You receive a message when your business gets a new inquiry or an urgent service request.
• Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email jbroom@brobha.com. After you text STOP, you receive one final message confirming the opt-out, and then no further messages.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
