About us

Why two college kids started an elevator-industry AI company.

We’re Jake and Gavin: information systems students at Oklahoma State, best friends for four years, and the two people who answer when you call Brobha.

It started with elevators.

We didn’t pick the elevator industry off a list. We had connections in it, people we knew and respected who run service routes, chase entrapment calls, and keep buildings moving. The closer we looked at how their days actually worked, the more we noticed the same thing everywhere: the technology holding the industry together is fragmented. Dispatch lives in one place, maintenance records in another, the phone rings into a voicemail box nobody checks until morning, and the owner glues it all together from the cab of a truck.

Meanwhile, we were spending our days studying exactly the thing that fixes this. As information systems students, our whole discipline is making technology serve a business instead of the other way around. And AI had just gotten good enough to take on the most human bottleneck of all: answering the phone well, every time, at any hour.

So we built Brobha to close that gap. AI that helps real service businesses improve their processes, take away costs, reduce the stress of being on call around the clock, and grow the two numbers that matter: revenue and customer satisfaction.

We’ve been best friends for four years, and we built Brobha together from day one. Work with us and you get both of us on your account, every time.

What we believe AI is for

Technology should carry the weight, not add to it.

Improve the process

Calls, dispatch, scheduling, and follow-up should flow through one system that never sleeps, not five that don't talk to each other.

Take away costs

An answered call costs almost nothing. A missed one costs the job, the contract, and sometimes the relationship.

Reduce the stress

Owners shouldn't carry the phone to dinner, to the job site, and to bed. The 2 AM entrapment call still gets handled; it just doesn't have to wreck your night to prove it.

Grow what matters

More booked work and callers who feel taken care of. Revenue and customer satisfaction rise together when every call gets a real answer.

The honest version of “why.”

We’re at the start of our careers, and we get to choose what to spend them on. What we keep coming back to is serving other people. The owners we work with have spent decades getting good at elevators; nobody handed them a playbook for phone systems, CRMs, or AI. That part is our job. We bring the information systems and AI knowledge, they bring a business worth taking care of, and both sides get to do what they’re best at.

We’re not a faceless platform, and we don’t want to be. Every receptionist we install is built by us, trained on your business, and backed by two people you can text when something matters.
